Freshers FayreHi! Hope you all had a fun summer.
When are you all back in Stirling to meet to arrange the Freshers Fayre next Wednesday 16th?
Dot and I just realised it's soon and we aren't sure if anything has been planned yet so need to sort it asap.

Yup, someone will need to organise flyers at the print office. And sign people up for try dives. Your meant to notify Scotsac HQ when your arranging try dives but I'm not sure if we ever acctually have done. Oh yeah and someone will have to speak really nicely to the people that run the swimming pool, Ian Graham I think and ask if people can be let in for free to do their try dive.

I get back this Sunday. I'll speak to the pool people on monday to make sure we have pool times and organise try dives etc
The President normally organises the stall but Cal isn't sure whether second year is happening just yet, and won't find out until the monday before the fayre. I'm not sure how it works getting the stall booked and all that jazz though

I've got a up and coming band in stirling that will be able to put o a show for us, if we arrange venue, SU or Med, free of charge that could help with funding + it gives the band a little bit more exposure etc...
