Mobile Phone ReceptionMany of us (including myself) have accidentily taken mobile phones whilst divng but never cheked or used them, mostly because we do not know they are there. Maybe we shuld conduct an experiment to see how deep we can go before losing signal??? or is this irresponsible. We could surely use a dry bag of some sort.

Well, to contribute to this experiment, my phone can be in water approximately 45cm deep (Yes, yes, its a bath  ) and not lose any signal.

I've found that people can't understand my bubble sounds over the phone long before I loose signal.

How about some kind of morse code...moving the phone nearer to the purge valve when you are breathing out (Of course not holding your breath )
Course, that would mean you would be on the phone for ages just asking for a cup of tea when you get back!
