Which type of diver are you?

Do you even need to ask!!! Wink

I like this quote: "Pass me that sixth cylinder - you can never have too much gas." I'm still waiting to hear it from a certain person whose name starts with a C. Smile

I think Charlie is a cross between the virtual diver, tekkie and photographer.

Captain clipboard??????

There aren't enough girly diver ones on there. I don't think I'm reluctant enough for Reluctant girlfriend or bitchy enough for queen bee.

I'll hold up my hand to being a girly diver hahahah, I carry minimal kit needed for dive. I don't think I have a techi bone in my body. whenever I see someone in a twin set I have visions of colapsing vertibrae. My brother has a twinset, it nearly killed me putting it on, when he inflated it the bag crushed me n I couldn't breath Smile not much of a life saver if you ask me!
I draw the line at anything pink tho! no pink pink dive gear should be banned(shows the dirt to much) Wink

Damn it I've realised I'm a Bimbler. Shocked

I do have an ambition though to become luxury diver.

Aparently I'm a cross between a bimbler and a disintegrating diver, tho in my defence, Ive 2 kids and one income so new drysuits are at the bottom of the list of things to buy.
Hmm saying that this year Ive bought 2 new 15L tanks, and a new apeks wtx 80lb bladder for my wing, and a custom backplate Smile and new gloves, wetboots.
Last year I got a new coltri sub reg/octo,console and a 2nd hand DUI wing, 2nd hand beaver polaris suit, new suit seals and an extra heavy duty zip......erk, holy cow I didn't realise how much I spent.

I think I could easily see myself as a Tekkie or Underwater Photographer. Woe is me that I can't actually afford the stuff to make that a possibility. I like gadgets but not enough to be a gadget geek and Tekkie seems to be next best thing. I take pictures of everything above the water so why not below as well? Oh well, I'll have to satisfy myself with wishing I had my camera (and maybe pretending from time to time). Smile They don't make a housing that goes below 10 m for my camera. Sad

I'd never manage to become a teckie, I have a bad back and hate looking like a chrimbo tree. Do wish I had an underwater camera. Am using a Lidl one rated to 6M, not bad for only £6 used it 3 or 4 timed at 7M and its not leaked yet
