Wreck of the Bothilde Russ

Had a dive on this a few weeks back, talk about hard work. The dive involves a 3/4 of a mile walk along the sea front, then a climb down a 45 degree slope to a channel about 1M wide full of sharp rocks. once in the water the wreck is only 20M off the point in 8M of water. concidering its been in the water over 100 years the 2 steam boilers are in good shape. not sure why the tides haven't destroyed them. some steam winches n wreckage. plenty of life especialy inside the boilers......on the way out climbed the cliff rather than brave the channel again, had to jump across a 5M deep crevice 1M wide in full gear...ace fun Smile
