think the highest water temperature i've dived in scotland is about 11 or 12 degrees celcius, it doesnt get much warmer im afraid!! my advice: invest in decent thermals and borrow a dry suit!!
um its the length and repetitive dives that get me. Plus the crap winter weather in between never helps. Drysuits for anything more than 1 dive. I've dived in semi dry's in the UK and it only worked because i had a hot shower in between the dives.
Don't think I saw you at the meeting last night, where abouts in Brittany are you from? _________________ "The black will be grey and the white will be grey

And I was there!
My dad is from Lorient and a big part of my family lives there. In my case, I live in Nancy in the north east of France. But I hope to go and live in Brittany someday.
Yeah It's really nice, I really enjoyed all the small festivals in the vilages and towns. That dance where you all link fingers is really tiring though! Lovely cider and food aswell. Maybe the weather could be a tad better but oh well. _________________ "The black will be grey and the white will be grey

Hey, Charlie said I should come on and introduce myself last night so I thought I better.
Um… well I think the majority of you already know me, if not Hi I’m Ashley, I am the petite (not short) brunette/blonde first year trainee. Studying Marine Biology so that’s really the main reason why I wanted to get into diving, plus you know, I’m quite enjoying it so far, well except the talks about lungs exploding, but the Tuesday night pub visit after each meeting makes up for it (Andrew says I’m the female first year equivalent to him…which scares me a little).
But yeh... thats pretty much me.
